ITV Studios Takes Over World Productions

ITV plc has bought “Line of Duty” production company World Productions, the U.K. broadcaster announced Tuesday. ITV took a majority stake in World Productions, which has produced the crime drama for the BBC becoming the BBC’s highest rated drama in 15 years.
